GLP-1 Care

Schedule NP Visit–Initial to review your health history, weight-management goals, and medication options. Your visit includes an insurance coverage check, with prior authorization support or Lilly Direct prescribing as appropriate. Pill and injection options depend on your clinical assessment.

Schedule NP Visit–Follow Up to review progress, side effects, treatment response, and medication refill needs. Prescriptions depend on clinical appropriateness; insurance coverage is not guaranteed.

Follow-up is based on your findings, treatment response, and ongoing needs.

Continued care may include laboratory monitoring, reassessment of symptoms, and adjustments to your treatment plan.
GLP-1 Care

The $99 start fee covers your initial NP visit, insurance check, and prescribing for months 1–2 when appropriate. Ongoing care is $49 per month starting in month 3.
